Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours unless explicitly stated on shop.durashieldprotects.com.
All orders are shipped Monday/Wednesday/Friday. If store is experiencing higher volumes processing times may be extended an additional 24 to 48 hours. Processing times are updated and displayed via our online store as appropriate. We do not process or ship orders on US holidays.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Advanced Biomedical, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Advanced Biomedical, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
At this time, Advanced Biomedical, Inc. only ships to the United States. Customers with international shipping needs should contact us for more information.
Refund / Returns Policy
Returns for all liquid products are accepted for unopened products only. Used product, including an opened inner packaging, will not be accepted for return.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you must contact us at support@durashieldprotects.com.
Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original method of payment at the time products are received. Advanced Biomedical, Inc. is NOT responsible for return shipping costs, damages or lost/stolen packages.
